BIG Summer Computational & Genomic Analyst
Responsibilities
The BIG Summer Computational & Genomic Analyst will assist with programming/data functions for engineering laboratory in computational genomics in a ten week, limited summer capacity. In this role, you will assist Principal Investigator and lab staff with entry level coding, support data entry databases and validate for errors, and contribute in the design of computational study databases. You will also review genomics coding and note errors for review, run reports for lab staff, provide documentation of lab work, and participate in lab meetings.**This is a 10-week program/limited appointment**Qualifications
Knowledge of basic and multivariate statistics.
Ability to conceptualize desired tables and graphs and basic code as needed.
Familiarity with computational genomics, including DNA.
Ability to track and document notable events for each research study as they might pertain to study outcomes.
