Responsibilities
The Department of Medicine - General Internal Medicine &Health Services Research Division is seeking to hire a part-time Student
Assistant to provide administrative support to the Project Manager and
Principal Investigator. Major duties include: data entry, scanning, filing,
copying, and related clerical/office tasks.QualificationsRequired:* Ability to operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, copier, facsimile machine.* Previous office experience.* Experience working independently with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.* Excellent writing skills and editing correspondence and written materials.* Ability to multi-task under deadline, balance competing priorities and solve problems creatively* Knowledge of PCs, windows operation system, and related word processing and spreadsheet software (such as MS Word, Access, etc.).* Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents.
