Occupational Therapist I, Psych Rehab - Part Time
Responsibilities
Provide age appropriate assessment
and interventions in order to meet the needs of patients and families served
within the specified time. Identify patient's strengths and problem areas
based on evaluation findings and develop plan of care that is based on function
and is measurable and attainable. Document evaluation findings and
treatment plan in patient chart within specified time per written policies, and
communicate evaluation findings to interdisciplinary treatment team. Review and
revise the treatment plan based on patient's needs, responses and progress, and
report ongoing patient progress with multidisciplinary team members. Document
ongoing treatment progress and revisions in daily/weekly progress notes and in
discharge notes.
Graduate of
an accredited college or university with a degree in occupational
therapy.
Licensed in California by the California Board of Occupational
Therapy (CBOT).
Continuing certification through the National Board for
Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
