In this exciting and rewarding position, you will provide exceptional nursing care for cardiology patients at our DTLA clinic. You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.
The
clinical nurse III in the non-invasive Cardiodiagnostics department provides
direct care to patients undergoing outpatient cardiac procedures, cardiac
evaluation. The clinical nurse III will be responsible for preforming Stress
Echos, Treadmills and Bubble Studies as ordered by staff physicians under
Standardized Procedures. Nurse may
provide coverage at other UCLA cardiac stress labs.
2 years or greater experience as an RN in an acute care setting, required
6 months of cardiology experience, required.
BLS from the ARC or AHA, required
BSN or MSN, required
Current valid CA RN license, required
