Clinic is seeking a Accounts Payable Manager. Venice Family Clinic is a
nonprofit community health center celebrating 50 years of delivering quality
primary care to people in need. We provide vital and comprehensive health care
services to nearly 28,000 people each year, regardless of their income,

Under the direction
of the Controller, you will manage and oversee the
daily operations of the Accounts Payable functions. In this role, you responsibilities include
managing the central collection, processing, coding, posting, and payment of
invoices. You will provide guidance, training,
development, and assistance to the Accounts Payable team and will
be responsible for generating monthly reports, analyses and reconciliations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Accounting is - preferred
  • 6+
    years accounts payable experience, including two years of supervisory
    experience- Preferred.
  • Self-directed,
    deadline-driven, collaborative professional - Required
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking skills - Required
  • Demonstrated
    ability to identify, evaluate and prioritize workload in a fast-paced
    environment - Required
  • Thorough
    understanding of accounts payable functions and procedures - Required
  • Ability
    to communicate effectively, collaboratively, and professionally - Require
  • Ability
    to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, inclusive environment - Required
  • Advanced
    Excel proficiency is - required
  • Experience
    with Blackbaud Financial Edge, MIP, Sage or other accounting software - Preferred.
