Senior Financial Analyst

Summary:
In this role, you will provide financial analysis and support related to gross and net administrative fee revenue, custom revenue, and salary and expense support for business units.
Responsibilities:
Perform annual planning, periodic re-forecasting, and long-term planning processes to provide financial oversight and support decision making.
Review the P&L for business partners supported during close periods to ensure financial data accuracy.
Prepare monthly financial performance reports for the executive team and business partners including comparing variance analysis to key benchmarks, capturing financial and operational KPIs, highlighting business trends, and translating trends into risk/opportunities.
Prepare information for meetings with business partners to review financial results.
Ensure and maintain forecast data accuracy and integrity at all times.
Work with Accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition for SOW's and other multi-period agreements.
Assist with the “bottoms-up” budget, forecast and long-range strategic plans for revenue, headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures for business partners.
Develop budget/forecast review presentations, excel models, and ad-hoc analyses for the business.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred. Degree in Finance or equivalent major preferred. MBA desired.
5 or more years of financial analysis experience required.
P&L analysis and spreadsheet modeling experience required.
Strong Excel experience required, along with Access or SQL knowledge to query large data sets.
Activity-based costing and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation or Hyperion Enterprise experience is a plus.
Workday Adaptive Insights experience a plus.
PowerPoint experience is a plus.

Estimated Hiring Range:
$77,400.00 - $115,050.00This position is also incentive eligible.
