Job Description About the Role The Associate Director, Contracts and Pricing (C&P) Governance has a heavy focus on state pricing transparency regulations and insuring we meet our obligations for all state submissions, including managing the logistics and notification of price changes, internally and externally. It will act as a resource for the C&P team to solve complex operational challenges and lead the implementation of solutions. They will serve as a subject matter expert as well as a project manager influencing operations across the C&P team. This role will also provide leadership for contracts and pricing process improvement initiatives, revenue optimization (leakage) assessments, and data validation. This role will interact across the Biogen organization, including PPGA, Compliance and Legal. This position will act as liaison with Biogen internal audit and other audit agencies for all audit activities and will be a key position in all C&P system upgrades and enhancements. What You’ll Do • Manage, track and evolve adherence of state pricing transparency submissions • Project management • Pricing logistic • Budgeting • Ad Hoc projects Who You Are You are a detailed oriented, self starting, problem solver that can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will need to network across the Biogen organization to ensure compliance with all current and future state pricing regulations. Must be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization. #LI - KK1 Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years prior experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry or a consulting firm • Excellent oral and written communicator • Problem solver • Project management • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Strong analytic skills with an attention to detail • Ability to read and interpret government regulation and guidance Preferred Skills • Experience with pricing transparency regulations Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
