We are seeking an IT Supervisor for the Labcorp Warehouse located on site in Burlington, NC.

This role is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong IT background and experience in managing a team. Some of the key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Peoplesoft system, including correcting errors, defining business units, adjustments, express issues, putaway, and other related tasks.

  • Oversee inventory management, including updating orders, setting up picking locations, interunit and RMA receiving, conducting biweekly cycle counts, managing transfers, and space management.

  • Maintain and manage the High Jump scan guns used in shipping and warehouse. Coordinate monthly hardware pickups and the Return to Vendor process.

  • Oversee building security, including managing the alarm system, camera system, badge access, door codes, and keys.

  • Work closely with the facilities team to ensure timely resolution of building maintenance issues.

  • Manage a team of five direct reports and ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently.

  • Ensure that the warehouse operations continue to provide exemplary service to staff, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an IT supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing IT systems such as Peoplesoft and High Jump.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Preferred:

  • Experience in inventory management.

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations.

  • Experience in building security and maintenance.
