Ice Cream Marketing Activation Manager

We are now looking for Unilever Sweden a Marketing Activation Manager to join our Marketing team in the Ice Cream Category!
As a Marketing Activation Manager, you will be an important part of our strong Marketing team within the Ice Cream category. You will be responsible for marketing and sales material for this category, including world leading brands like Ben & Jerry’s and Magnum as well as our local well-known brand GB Glace.
What you will be doing?
As a Marketing Activation Manager at Unilever, you will be a part of a passionate Marketing team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Create yearly sale activity plans.
- Developing, sourcing & ordering of branding material, point of sales material and gimmicks with advertising agencies and print houses.
- Identify & execute local partnerships / co-branding opportunities to inspire our consumers.
- Developing and producing sales catalogues
- Support our field sales team and merchandisers.
- Plan and execute events, fairs, and other promotional activities.
- Work cross functional with Marketing, Category Manager and Key account Managers.
- Budget management.
You will report to a Senior Brand Manager in the Ice Cream marketing team. The role is based in our Nordic head office in Solna, Sweden.

To work within the Ice Cream category, you need to be a person with a winning mindset who likes to work in a dynamic environment with high pace and constantly look for change and improvements to deliver on shopper and consumer needs.
To succeed in this role, you need to:
- Persist a great internal drive with a strong ability to manage your own time and multiple workstreams at once.
- Promote an analytical and result/business-oriented mindset, with a strong passion for growing businesses.
- Inherit a strong blend of people, communication & presentation skills; you’ll need to be credible and confident in front of people with the power to influence and negotiate.
- Be effective in building, maintaining & facilitating relationships within the organisation and with external parties.
Besides you have:
- A University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing is preferred.
- Achieved visible results within sales and/or marketing.
- Experience from trade/shopper marketing and/or brand management.
- Experience from FMCG is a strong merit.
- Experience of project management.
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
