Digital Consumer Experience Excellence Intern

Are you a data driven person and passionate about data analysis? Then this is the role for U!

During this internship, you will collaborate in the use of segmented and personalised communications to drive better reach and engagement across ice cream. 
You will build strategic data driven marketing roadmap across priority ice cream brands to drive the increased acquisition and use of consumer data to create effective and engaging consumer experience.
You will collaborate on online content efficiency.

You will constantly look to unlock digital insights that bring the consumer into everything we do, focusing on how we can deliver better digital experiences.
You will work with multiple data sources, using tools in our ecosystem, to identify patterns and generate insights that support greater success. 

With the support of internal and external experts, you will demonstrate the performance of our digital activities end to end and recommend actions to drive increased value/outcomes against business goals.

You will work alongside the Digital Marketing Lead and Consumer Experience lead and brands in the setup of digital activities and creation of audiences to ensure efficiency against Job to be done.


  • Precision and time management

  • Digital marketing knowledge

  • “Can do” mentality and independent and pro-active working mindset.

  • Digital media buying knowledge (Meta Blueprint or Google ads certification is a plus)

  • Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint

  • Passion for the social and digital world and its implications for business

  • Experience with market insights analysis and understanding of the marketing growth fundamentals.

  • Fluent in Italian and English (Professional Working Proficiency and Fluency minimum: B2)

  • Data analysis, manipulation, collection, and leverage knowledge

  • Adobe data stack Knowledge/Certification is a superplus (Adobe audience Manager / Target / Campaign / Analytics)

  • 1to1 communication knowledge

  • Reporting and data visualization (PowerBI certification is a plus)
