Purpose of the Role

The core of this position is highly-centered around being a Customer Development enabler on Growth Analytics and Trade Solutions (Category Management and Merchandising). This role is highly-critical especially for a highly-competitive category such as Ice Cream, with hybrid trade structure such as the Philippines.

Responsibilities

1. Data-Driven Customer Development

• Lead CD Data Strategy through translating data into actionable segments for targeted and bespoke programs

• Lead data-driven agenda in CD through academy sessions

2. Efficient Trade Solutions Institutionalization

• Lead the total Perfect Store program of Selecta through effective governance and management

• Support Design 4 Channel (D4C) growth agenda by landing effective Category Management in Selecta

• Drive thought leadership in assortment strategy, promo management, efficient merchandising, and space management

3. Net Revenue Management Institutionalization • Empower and educate CD on NRM as part of business rhythm

Qualifications

• Previous experience in growth strategy & analytics, category planning, and merchandising & activations

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment

• Highly data-driven, i.e., supports work & decision-making with data, ability to visualize and pull qualitative insights from data, and strong critical reasoning skills

• Solid understanding of e-commerce framework

• Previous experience in an FMCG industry
