Automation Executive - Fixed Term
Responsibilities:
Primary Engagement of Automation Program Partners (URIC Direct in execution of the ff project activities):
- Connects with developers to review process design flow of automation solution (CR/ Enhancement, new build)
- Prepare scripts and Test overall functionalities, document issues and monitor SLAs
- Train users during the deployment and prepare decks, performs show and tell to stakeholders
- POC for immediate technical troubleshooting
- Collect feedback and issues in hypercare
- Prepares SOP for handover to the 3P run team (MOSI/CG)
- Updates URIC CD FAS members on key activity updates
Skill Requirements:
- Process Analysis
- Project Management
- Communication, Presentation & Stakeholder Management
- Excel and PowerBI (Basic to Intermediate)
- Programming and Technical Development is not necessary
