Senior Manager, Value Based Contracting

Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Business Consultant, you will analyze clinical and financial data to provide support for value-based provider partners. You will assisting the provider partners with closing clinical gaps in care. You will also work to identify additional providers that are ready for value-based contracting and coordinate with Quality, Case Management.

The position is remote but you must reside in the state of Louisiana.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
5 plus years in value-based contracting and/or support
Reside in the state of Louisiana

Preferred Qualifications
Clinical degree

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
