Manager, Accounts Receivable

As a key member of the Finance Team, the Manager, Accounts Receivable leads a large team in Orlando, FL supporting multiple business units. This position will serve as the single point of contact for designated business units receivables key account processes. The successful candidate has strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills along with the ability to interact with various levels of finance personnel including senior leadership. This individual is accountable for the ultimate delivery of service commitments throughout ARDx.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ownership & oversight of accounts receivable processes including; collections and billing with a strong focus on cash target and CEI.
Lead a large team of supervisors and collection specialists supporting 5 business units with a wide range of customer groups across ARDx.
Present, articulate, and analyze cash and ageing reports for senior management
Develop, monitor, and present key performance indicators that will assist the collections team in improving bad debt exposure and DSO in order to attain financial objectives
Collaborate with GBS and HQ leadership to ensure alignment of priorities, management, and influence of results through working in a matrixed environment
Provide process expertise for business integrations including new business models
Identify, drive, and monitor continuous improvement related to the OTC process area
Collaborate with customer service leadership on OTC process efficiencies
Ensure adequate and timely root cause analysis to understand problem drivers and implementation of necessary corrections and/or changes
Define and agree on KPIs and performance measures associated with the end to end process
Lead benchmarking activities and continuous assessment of process performance measures, driving measurable improvements in the process over time
Responsible for the implementation of new controls and processes as needed
Assists with review and analysis of the financial statements and trends specific to AR
Fosters a team collaboration of staff development, mentoring, performance management, engagement, and hiring.

Required:
BS in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
5 - 7 years of Accounting/Finance experience required
7+ years in Accounting/Finance leadership position required
Extensive experience with SAP preferred
Business Analytics tool experience preferred (PowerBI/Qlikview)
Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, Powerpoint
