Senior Analyst Account Management
Job Description
Assigned responsibility to manage client service needs for Meritain Pharmacy Solutions; aligning with strategic directives from leadership team.
Manage the assessment and submission of all plan changes, adjustments and interface with PBM external vendors to meet client needs. Support the implementation of new programs, plan revisions, reporting, resolution of member/client issues, system connectivity and various client oriented needs.
Aligns and collaborates with the MPS Strategic Account Executive and Service Associate Manager to support strategic initiatives that promote client retention and optimal plan design. Provide customer service and issue resolution as needed.
Develops and completes weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting that demonstrates the performance of clients. Works with leaders within the organization to support new business opportunities that support bold growth initiative.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of customer service and client management experience
Experience in MS applications
Experience with issue resolution
Strong communication skills
Manage multiple priorities

5+ years of pharmacy benefit management experience
CphT preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
