As a Specialty Infusion Pharmacist, you will review charts and lab results for an assigned caseload of patients receiving Specialty Medications for Home Infusion therapy. You will communicate routinely with the patient and caregivers; answering questions, gathering information and discussing updates and recommendations with the physician. You will utilize your excellent written and verbal customer service skills as well as advanced computer skills in order to interact with key caregivers and patients.

Our Kentwood, MI Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Home Infusion Pharmacist for the Hours of 8:30-5:30 M-F with after hours and wknd on call rotation.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 35.87
Maximum: 77.26

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Michigan.

COVID Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- One year related experience in an IV alternate site environment or equivalent is preferred.
- Home infusion therapy or home infusion rotation experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn the clinical and business needs of Coram.

Education
Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy is required.
