The Manager, Enterprise Field Effectiveness, is a significant player enabling the US sales organization to deliver on its business objectives. As a part of a dynamic team, this individual will have a voice in shaping our future operating model, play a pivotal role in helping to optimize processes that enable GSK to achieve aggressive objectives, and serve our patients. The role supports commercial strategic priorities and driving execution effectiveness. This individual will be responsible to drive and measure the adoption of new tools, methods, and insights to ensure operational excellence within US Commercial. The Enterprise Field Effectiveness Manager will show a high degree of leadership in promoting an analytically driven approach to evidence-based decisions and serve as the operational manager to a team of five Enterprise Field Effectiveness Analysts.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Responsible for content distribution channels that minimize field disruption while maximizing field effectiveness.
- Work with vendors and IT partners to identify, develop, and implement new processes based on new business requirements.
- Leads assigned projects end to end, i.e. process improvement, new technology roll outs, etc.
- Establish value-added contact with stakeholders to ensure proactive identification of key issues and enhanced business selling opportunities.
- Partner with the Enterprise Sample Promo Manager to act on recommendations for improvement opportunities based on data provided from the field.
- Ensure execution of standardized work initiatives that include coordination of monthly meetings with stakeholders, business unit leads, and field engagement to proactively identify opportunities to support the field.
- Proactively identify gaps that are impacting the field and work with Enterprise Field Effectiveness Analysts to address gaps.

- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years pharmaceutical experience, including demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- Sales or Sales Management (Sales Management preferred)
- Sales Information Management
- Sales Operations
- Product Management - Work experience in highly dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to operate at a strategic level with Ops Leads/SVPs.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a team and independent setting.
- Ability to provide thought leadership and influence as strategic partners to field leaders without direct authority.
- Skilled program and project management to ruthlessly prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Strong Leadership and Influencing Skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in matrix management and building relationships to gain trust and drive organizational change.
