WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
The 3rd shift Processing Sanitation Operator is responsible for completing required cleaning in the Dry and Wet Processing area. Tasks include:
Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that production quality is maintained.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Employee must be able to work with a variety of chemicals and personal protective gear (PPE), as well as at heights. Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
Clean manufacturing plant, including overhead piping, drains, floors, walls, ceilings.
Clean equipment including tanks, ladders, pallets, carts.
In addition, this operator would be involved in supporting the production process through pulling materials, staging, and supplying to work locations
Other duties may be assigned.
PAY AND SHIFT
The Processing Sanitation Operator hourly pay is $19.00 per hour and the shift is Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM EST.
Requires a high school education or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of manufacturing operations experience
Ability to read and comprehend written work order instructions
Experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment
Ability to multitask and deliver consistent results with above average accuracy
Experience in chemical usage and safety
Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals
