Lead Director - Mental Wellbeing Systems Enablement
Job Description
Accountable and responsible for the delivery of core capabilities into the technology platform. Supports the business by recommending appropriate solutions, actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of delivery including planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time. Ensures the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. Highly collaborative with business partners including operations, IT and external vendors.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100,000
Maximum: 227,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record managing complex projects and or programs. Strong communication skills, including executive communications. Proven leadership experience setting strategic direction, prioritizing, and influencing change. Demonstrated experience managing external vendor relationships. Demonstrated negotiation skills.
Supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAFe Agile methodology. Health insurance / Employee Assistance Program industry experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
