Sr Market Research Manager
Job Description
Plans for the effective development and implementation of longer-term market development research and strategic intelligence agendas that include a synthesis of findings from multiple sources.
Dynamically discuss agenda with Development Leadership and other business partners throughout the year and adapt agenda to meet changing market conditions.
Apply principles, theories, and concepts to determine a course of action. Prioritizes work, forecasts, and schedules and coordinates resources.
Organizes multiple tasks and projects independently, which are reviewed in terms of achieving goals, generally over an extended period of time.
Capable of organizing group projects, working collaboratively and with multiple dependencies.
Actively contribute to functioning of team, sharing information and driving internal projects.
Project management including managing market research professionals, and vendors and details of projects, such as timelines, sample, data feeds, data security, research logistics and budgets.
Write reports and present findings independently.
Dynamically address questions and follow up on additional analysis and interpretation as needed.
Must be capable of working with primary, secondary and marketing analytics information. Working knowledge of market research and competitive analysis methods required.
Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within a professional or market research field or recognized body of formal knowledge. This includes knowledge required for complex problems or analysis.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Medicaid experience a plus, CIP I or CIP II certification a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree required, Masters a plus but not required. Degrees in related fields such as Marketing, Business, Communications, and Social Sciences are a plus.
