Position Summary

The Lead Scientist Manager will be on site leading a group of individual contributors and will oversee the delivery of scientific and regulatory study compliance within the department. Key areas of focus are productivity, efficiency and core department deliverables for service and quality. The Manager will drive process excellence based on a firm understanding of LC/MS Bioanalysis.

Candidates given best consideration will have the following:

• Scientific leadership experience

• GLP and/or GCP experience

• BioA study management experience

Education/Experience Requirements:

• BS/BA in Science, Operational Management, or other related field

• 5-10 years related experience, including experience in an operational leadership role

• Prior experience in scientific/regulatory oversight for work conducted in a GCP or GLP testing environment. Demonstrated industry knowledge for Regulated Bioanalysis, preferably in a contract laboratory environment.

• Strong ability to review and analyze data.

• Familiarity with general Bioanalytical business processes
