Senior FP&A Analyst
Job Description
Candidate will be a key member of the Medicare SG&A/Expense Management team, with a specific focus on Local Markets. Position will work directly with Local Markets, CMOs and Medicare Leadership; responsible for the budgeting, forecasting and reporting for 20+ cost center and $100M+ of expense. Candidate will need to coordinate and collaborate with both Commercial and Medicare teams. Candidate will be responsible for month-end taskings, as applicable.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Finance forecast/FP&A experience
- 2+ years of Healthcare or Health Insurance industry experience
-2+ years of Commercial Market experience
Preferred Qualifications
- B.S. degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting
- Team-oriented with demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes
-Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Hyperion proficiency
- Experience interfacing and presenting to senior leadership
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written)
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain financial models
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
