Job Description
The position is two- fold and will support type of work based on demand. Initial focus will be on Quality Assurance related tasks ensuring the quality of one or more applications, technologies within the construct of the application including data, platform, function, and system interfaces. As automated testing technology is implemented, this role may shift focus to Informatics consulting type of responsibilities that include creating and maintaining intuitive reporting tools and analytics that will offer real time data to assist markets with improving their overall RI performance. In either role, this position will closely work with RI BOS, RI TS and Informatics Sr Managers.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
**Solid Knowledge of Medicare, ACA, Medicaid and risk adjustment concepts and regulation.**

**Strong SQL and SAS programming abilities in data warehouse or big data analytics environment, including use of statistical analysis techniques or business intelligence application development**

Ensure the quality of one or more applications or technologies within the construct of the application including data, platform, function, and system interfaces.

Interacts with other areas of the business' technology organization to effectively develop the test framework to align with the business strategy and goals for the release.

Ability to translate business functional requirements into technical requirements, documenting technical specifications, and performing related testing tasks.

Assess existing healthcare solutions and digital health projects against both internal and external requirements.

Solid understanding of customer’s strategies, information needs programs, processes and products.

Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.

Strong reporting skills using Excel, Access, Word and/or PowerPoint.

Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment for the successful achievement of goals.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with creating and executing technical, functional testing documentation within specified time frames to ensure technical development meets defined requirements expectations.

Ability to solve most complex problems (multiple interfaces with other systems across multiple business units) considering all impacted components from an end-to end perspective.

Follow industry best practices to ensure compliance to company procedures and requirements.

Experience in quality engineering practices and execution of the various types of test creation and execution.

Experience working with Agile software development.

Flexible and positive attitude.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Work independently and/or as a part of cross-functional team.

Python or R programming language.

AWS technologies such as Sagemaker, Redshift, QuickSight and Databrew.

Exposure to Statistics, Linear Algebra

Exposure to machine learning, model development, common frameworks, and applied AI (CV, NLP etc.,)


Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and to meet specified deadlines

Experience in creation of BI Visualizations in Worksheets and Dashboards leveraging multiple data sources on Tableau

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
