Senior FP&A Analyst - Risk Adjustment
Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Medicare segment of Government Services. This position will perform data analysis in support of optimizing risk adjusted revenue and provide insights relative to risk adjustment to varying levels of leadership to support the decision-making process. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, an innovative thinker, and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Building financial models that forecast financial performance
Supporting the month end close, including journal entry preparation
Working collaboratively with key business partners on the annual budget and quarterly forecast
Manipulate and analyzing large datasets to develop trends and forecast for the future
Provide revenue and cost analysis, variance/trend analysis, and ad hoc reporting
This role is open being to fully remote
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of financial modeling or FP&A experience
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced skills in Excel
SAS Enterprise Guide
Hyperion and/or S4 experience
Expertise in CMS Risk Adjustment
Experience at payor or managed care organization
Experience working remotely
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Accounting or Finance degree preferred
