Senior FP&A Analyst - Medicaid

Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting monthly close deliverables, producing and coordinating financial reporting and analyzing business performance to achieve operating plan commitments and growth initiatives. This position will support health plan procurement and accounts payable functions until migration, lead month-end LCR meeting and size reserve adjustment, preparation of State reporting and other general and administrative duties as assigned. This position may lead or be assigned to participate in various work groups or support other markets or regional leads as needed, cross-train in other functional accounting responsibilities or lead training initiatives.

Candidates must demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, and clearly and effectively expresses ideas both verbally and in writing. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is a must!

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of financial and variance analysis experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience, specifically pivot tables and look ups

Preferred Qualifications
- Medicaid Managed Care or other healthcare related experience
-Experience with Hyperion SmartView and SAP
-SQL experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field of study preferred
