Senior Analyst, Medicare Compliance Center of Excellence
Job Description
The Compliance COE is responsible for delivering a risk-based Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Monitoring program for the enterprise. Compliance Monitoring teams assess compliance with specific company policies, regulatory requirements, and certain contractual obligations. The teams also support the development of proactive initiatives designed to provide business partners with the tools and processes needed to maintain compliance.
The Medicare Compliance Monitoring Sr. Analyst will be a key member (COE) team and will participate in the development, execution and reporting of recurring monitoring reviews. This role is responsible for developing monitoring review objectives, documenting and evaluating transaction processing, and communicating with as well as reporting findings to business line management.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
•2+ years prior experience in compliance, audit, or quality assurance
Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with and influence cross-functionally within the enterprise
• Prior healthcare experience strongly preferred (managed care, pharmacy benefits management, etc.)
• Demonstrable analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
