Il team di Utilities & Plant Engineering garantisce presidio tecnico sugli impianti di generazione di calore e frigorie e relativa distribuzione, fluidi farmaceutici, macchine di condizionamento, al fine di ottimizzare qualità, costi di energia, affidabilità. In particolare, l’Utilities Engineer monitora le performance dei servizi generali di impianto, ne analizza tecnicamente i guasti, ne investiga le cause, interviene coordinando team di tecnici multidisciplinari al fine di garantire la continuità di servizio. L’Utilities Engineer è inoltre il punto di riferimento per la progettazione di nuovi impianti orientata a massimizzare l’efficienza energetica e l’affidabilità.
Lo stage curriculare in questa area prevede lo svolgimento di una tesi sperimentale dal titolo proposto “Design e conversione di servizi generali di impianto farmaceutici in ottica di transizione energetica” in stretta collaborazione con l’Utilities Engineer che guida le attività correlate.
Obiettivi formativi e modalità di svolgimento
Il percorso di stage permetterà di:
conoscere le soluzioni tecnologiche in uso in ambito farmaceutico per trattare impianti energetici, i fluidi termovettori nonché i fluidi necessari agli equipment di processo
apprendere le tematiche tecniche correlate a manutenzione e conduzione degli impianti Utilities anche in ambito di gestione di anomalie che possono occorrere, comprendendone le deviazioni mediante uno strutturato approccio al Problem Solving
conoscere le dinamiche di gestione dei processi organizzativi in area ingegneria in un contesto altamente strutturato;
partecipare ai corsi formativi in aula, all’interno del programma GSK Engineering Academy, erogati da Senior Project Engineers, sui temi di Technical Leadership, Project Management, Aseptic Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Problem Solving, Digital Transformation;
sviluppare un mindset orientato al risultato;
sperimentare le valutazioni da eseguire per il miglioramento e l’ottimizzazione dei processi;
confrontarsi con tematiche normative in materia di Good Manufacturing Practices e sicurezza di impianti;
vivere la comunità di una multinazionale fondata sui Valori di Trasparenza, Rispetto, Integrità, attenzione al Paziente
