Job Description
As the Senior Manager Regulatory Reporting Product Management, you will manage the overall delivery of information and reporting activities by ensuring the project team appropriately defines, identifies, develops, and creates data responsive to regulatory requirements and provides oversight, coaching and mentoring of team member work.

Fundamental Components

• Supervise analytical work performed by the project team
requiring the ability to capture, analyze, and interpret claims data.
• Review team member work for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and available to the project team, business partners and constituents.
• Facilitate and manage meetings with internal customers and business partners to translate business needs into business requirements.
• Oversee the creation of complex queries within Audit Command Language or comparable software/system
• Manage, direct, and plan one or more projects of varying complexity simultaneously while
potentially running a project independently
• Influence change or enhancements to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure to improve information quality, availability, and access.
• Negotiate resources with/in peer organizations to meet department objectives.
• Evaluate project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or delivery of information.
• Use data analysis and analytical skills to provide leadership and guidance, while also working on projects independently

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• Experience reviewing of state regulations, review of compliance interpretation, writing business specifications, supervise/perform data quality review, data preparation, compliance to regulatory requirements, reviewing team member work, providing mentoring/training, with little, or no oversight.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software applications is required.

• Proficiency in Audit Command Language (ACL), or Access, or DB2 or SQL; data mining & report generation; advanced knowledge of claim processing, claim quality audit programs, patient management, and/or a working understanding of Aetna products.

• Advanced project management, communication and coaching/training skills

• Experience balancing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to a changing environment.

• Experience managing internal and cross functional relationship

Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years of demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience
• 7+ years of project management experience
• 7+ years of data interpretation and analysis experience
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously

Education
Bachelor’s degree or 11 years of equivalent work experience.
