Como Lider de Eventos seras responsable de la coordinacion, implementación, ejecución y control en el pais de los eventos de marketing, diseñadas por los Product Managers y Franchise Leads.

Tus responsabilidades: Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

• Responsable por coordinar con equipo de marketing el seguimiento de la ejecución de su Annual Operational plan y asegurar la implementacion de sus estrategias de eventos promocionales
• Organizar el plan mensual y trimestral de la ejecución de eventos por franquicia para Chile, Peru y Ecuador.
• Gestionar por medio de su equipo de los coordinadores de eventos ya sea Patrocinios, Simposios, eventos presenciales y remotos de GSK.
• Coordinacion con las agencias de eventos o Venues para la ejecución correcta de los mismos acorde a las necesidades.
• Participar en auditorías de primer y segundo nivel de acuerdo al framework establecido por GSK
• Apoyar en conjunto con el equipo de Medical y Marketing para obtener insights sobre los clientes y grupos de clientes claves para asegurar un conocimiento profundo y con ello responder a las necesidades del cliente interno y externo

• Profesional en área Comercial, Marketing, Ciencias de la Comunicación.
• Experiencia de 3 -4 años en adelante en posiciones de marketing y manejo de equipos.
• Manejo avanzado de inglés oral es requerido.
• Manejo avanzado de herramientas Office.
• Excelencia en la ejecución de priorización, comunicación, gestión de partes interesadas y resolución de problemas
