UAS Assessment RN - Field (New York / Long Island)
Job Description
Assessment RN to conduct our DOH required annual and interval UAS assessments. This will be a remote telehealth role, with a mix of in-home assessments in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Suffolk, and Nassau. Must be willing to travel within 1-2 of our service areas as needed.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm / No weekends or holidays required; Travel Required: 50 - 75% in NYC / Long Island; Mileage reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 58,760
Maximum: 125,840
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ clinical experience an RN
- 1+ years’ experience as a UAS assessor
- Experienced NY-UAS assessor
- Must possess current active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of New York
- 50 - 75% travel required in NYC / Long Island
- Ability and willingness to conduct in person visits with service area of NYC and Long Island
- Reliable transportation required
- BSN required
