Job Description
Aetna Resources LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Alpharetta, GA: Sr. Manager, Digital Engineering to plan, direct, and coordinate the design and development of digital software applications and platforms. Duties include: design and develop functional automation and performance testing frameworks testing strategies for large scale integrated systems for web and mobile platforms using SAFe and Agile methodologies; review project plans and coordinate development activity including web automation testing, web service testing, version control, continuous integration, and build automation tools; plan stages of application development to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability; direct daily operations of the team, analyze workflow, establish priorities, develop standards, and set deadlines; develop long-term strategies for functional automation and performance testing including roadmap, tools, and frameworks; prepare governance reports and present to management; develop automation dashboards and formulate key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine improvement opportunities and enhance existing capabilities; develop schedules based on proposals and proof of concept (POC), and develop improved processes, materials, or products; establish project plans, estimate work, and monitor progress against milestones; execute, monitor, analyze, and report on performance testing, and determine sufficiency of test data to support performance testing targets; provide strategic and hands-on guidance to multiple teams on functional automation and performance testing, ensuring best practices are followed; escalate dependencies and remove blockages between stakeholders and performance testing team; review documentation, reporting, and root cause analysis related to Performance Test outcomes; provide support for monitoring and triaging performance issues with SMEs and Engineering team; and collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Developing and executing performance test scripts for load and stress of UI, Mobile and Webservices testing using Loadrunner and Performance Center; Web Automation Testing Tools: Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, Cucumber, Specflow, .Net C#, Quick Test Professional (QTP /UFT), and Maven with Java and Selenium; Web Service testing using Ready API, IBM Rational Integration tester (RIT), Postman, Java : Rest Assured and .Net C# - Restsharp; Automation frameworks integration using VB Script, Core Java, Shell, .Net C# and SQL-based scripts; Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles; CI/CD Pipeline Automation using Jenkins, GIT, .Net C#, Java, and Loadrunner; Performance Test Tools: Performance Center (PC), LoadRunner, and JMeter; and Security Testing Tool: AppScan.
Alternate requirements accepted: Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
