Job Description
Manage overall sales support process for all health, specialty health, group insurance and ancillary products for new and existing business in concert with field sales/service and/or customer teams in support of Health key performance measures. allocation.
Consultative Selling Cultivate critical relationships(field sales/service, broker/consultant community/customer teams, Health local market and Home Office operations. Analyze competition and competitive position Assess customer needs and expectations vs. Health capabilities/strategy.
Assist in development of customer sales strategies. Develop and Deliver Proposal - may include some or all of the following: Develop proposal project plan.
Coordinate responses from all Health resources in support of Health's response - GI, SH, local market, operations, ancillary products/services areas - Determine exceptions and resource commitments - Negotiate appropriate Aetna response.
Coordinate and or complete case underwriting and pricing components - Claim evaluation - Expense calculation - Guarantee structure - Stop loss pricing Complete questionnaire.
Prepare all financial exhibits/document all assumptions. Determine proposal layout and coordinate assembly.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
1-3 years industry or customer service experience preferably with complex accounts

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or sales
such as: product/process/systems knowledge, underwriting, sales practices, account management, healthcare RFPs, and knowledge of administrative operations
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to modify communication delivery based on audience.
• Exceptional project management skills, problem solving, and attention to detail
• Exceptional relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated planning/organizational skills; ability to work on many issues at once and to prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with matrix partners to drive deliverables
• Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce

A combination of experience (at least 1 year) and HSD
