Il team di Automation Engineering esprime un ruolo centrale nell’esecuzione di tutti i progetti impiantistici, siano essi installazioni di nuove linee produttive, allineate alla strategia della Compagnia, o modifiche di impianti esistenti orientate al miglioramento continuo. In particolare, la divisione di Cybersecurity è responsabile di progettazione, installazione e testing dei sistemi che garantiscono la protezione da cyberattachi delle reti su cui operano i sistemi computerizzati di controllo degli impianti produttivi.

Lo stage curriculare in questa area prevede lo svolgimento di una tesi sperimentale dal titolo proposto “Sistemi di cybersecurity a protezione di impianti produttivi farmaceutici in stretta collaborazione con l’Automation Engineer che guida le attività di progetto correlate.

Obiettivi formativi e modalità di svolgimento

Il percorso di stage permetterà di:

  • apprendere i principi di base di progettazione dei sistemi di cybersecurity operativi sugli impianti produttivi farmaceutici

  • partecipare alla fase di testing e collaudo dell’impianto in oggetto alla tesi, facendosi parte attiva nell’individuazione delle migliori soluzioni tecniche in ambito di cybersecurity

  • conoscere le dinamiche di gestione dei processi organizzativi in area ingegneria in un contesto altamente strutturato;

  • partecipare ai corsi formativi in aula, all’interno del programma GSK Engineering Academy, erogati da Senior Project Engineers, sui temi di Technical Leadership, Project Management, Aseptic Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Problem Solving, Digital Transformation.

  • sviluppare un mindset orientato al risultato;

  • sperimentare le valutazioni da eseguire per il miglioramento e l’ottimizzazione dei processi;

  • confrontarsi con tematiche normative in materia di Good Manufacturing Practices e sicurezza di impianti.

Qualifiche e Competenze:

  • Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria, Matematica o Informatica

  • Curiosità
