Automation Project Engineer

L’Automation Project Engineer, in collaborazione l’Automation Lead e le società che collaborano con GSK, è responsabile si disegnare, sviluppare, installare e testare i sistemi di automazione PLC - SCADA - MES, garantendo la compliance alle normative GMP e GES.

Supporta inoltre il troubleshooting tecnico dei sistemi SCADA e PLC su richiesta del team di Automation service.

In questo ruolo, tu…

  • Garantirai il funzionamento, la manutenzione, la qualità e lo stato di compliance dei sistemi di automazione e supervisione delle macchine e impianti dello stabilimento di Parma (SCADA, PLC, MES) e gestirai progetti con impatto sulla parte PLC, SCADA e MES collaborando con gli altri enti.
  • Proporrai e gestirai progetti di miglioramento dei sistemi di automazione, coinvolgendo i fornitori; gestirai i progetti scrivendo la documentazione necessaria e seguendo il change control / validazione; gestirai in autonomia budget e preparazione PIP e ordini.
  • Parteciperai all’organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività di automazione da eseguire durante / fuori dai fermi di impianto ed in caso di emergenza secondo le procedure di stabilimento.
  • Ti occuperai della revisione ed integrazione delle SOP relative ai sistemi di automazione.
  • Fornirai il supporto e le competenze necessarie per troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis, gestione deviazioni che riguardano infrastruttura di automazione (in collaborazione con il Team del Service).
  • Parteciperai attivamente a visite / ispezioni relativamente ai sistemi di automazione.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in ambito Elettrico o Informatico;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Esperienza in ruolo analogo.
  • Conoscenza di base di PLC / SCADA / MES, GMP, GAMP.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica/Informatica o percorsi equivalenti;
