Job Description

As a Content Management lead, you are expected to engage the markets strategically and implement best quality portfolio marketing programs and/or materials and deliver high quality promotional materials in line with the portfolio strategy and local market needs across multichannel in Chile.

Your Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Understand Products/Therapy Area (TA) strategy and local market and regulatory requirements in order to select, customize and share global content to markets and portfolio sets for Globally Supported brands.

  • Work with markets to ensure alignment with Global content strategies and manage content complexity and adaptation as per local needs

  • Provide insights and propose solutions and identification of gaps in global content and/or channels.

  • Develop Content plan and finalize forecasting for all global content selected for localization.

  • Tracking progress and execution of E2E (end to end) campaigns as per the plan with the use of analytics.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design.

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and campaign development.

  • Familiarity/ experience with copy approval process and proficient in leading and engaging cross-functional stakeholders for collaborations.

  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English is required.

  • Omnichannel or digital marketing experience will be a plus

  • Strong operational and execution skills with project management capabilities
