Pharmacovigilance Local Operations Company Associate Director - LATAM

As PV LOC Associate Director, you will be responsible for the alignment between GSK standards and regulatory timelines whilst driving the implementation of robust processes for successful PV operations activities, including vendor oversight.
Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Interact with Pharmacovigilance Regional Directors, to ensure strong Pharmacovigilance connectivity, proactively identify initiatives, strategies, or risks which may impact the pharmacovigilance system
- Interact with Global Process Owners across Global Safety, and the Local Operations Company´s to ensure alignment in the approach for local documents
- Support local Named Safety Contacts to ensure Pharmacovigilance compliance in the regions/countries.
- Escalate non-compliance in the region to Pharmacovigilance Regional Directors as appropriate
- Support training / drop in Q&A sessions
- Contribute/lead global and regional Pharmacovigilance initiatives
- Lead/support for internal GSK & 3rd Party Audits/inspections including country requests for information
- Support regional/local issue management activities, including SQIs, and support escalation needs as needed

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- Degree Lifesciences field such as: Medicina, Nurse, Pharmacy, Microbiology, among others.
- +8 years of general Experiencie
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- At least 2 years of Pharmacovigilance Experience
- LATAM Regional Experience is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation Skills.
- Great Time Management Skills.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
This position could be located in: Mexico, Costa Rica, Panamá, Colombia, Chile, Argentina or Brazil.
This position is not open to relocation.
