General Pharmacy Manager - Home Infusion
Job Description
As a Pharmacy Manager with Coram CVS/specialty
infusion services you will lead a team in a growing
segment of healthcare, home infusion services.
Key responsibilities
* Complete responsibility for management of the pharmacy
department servicing patients receiving specialized and
complex therapies administered in their homes.
* Monitor all daily operation activities of the pharmacy
department with a focus on quality and efficiency
promoting safety and limiting risk in the pharmacy.
* Partner with other site managers and work closely
with the nursing team. Responsibilities include
interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and
directing work. Manage subordinate managers who
supervise other employees in the business office and
clinical departments. Participate in on call rotation as
indicated by staffing and business needs.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 97,500
Maximum: 210,000
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
Current license to practice pharmacy in state of Kansas.
Preferred Qualifications
-Management experience
-Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
-Ability to write and present information to managers, patients, nurses and physicians.
-Computer skills (Coram pharmacy system, word processing, database, spreadsheet programs).
Education
B.S. or doctorate of pharmacy degree is required.
