Position Summary :

Ability to successfully execute against project plan and manage tight deadlines

Create and maintain standardized templates, agendas, dashboards, deployment frameworks, reports, presentations, and other tools to support and organize key elements of program management infrastructure.

Manage multiple large-scale, highly visible projects / initiatives at the same time (e.g., documenting major milestones and tracking status).

Troubleshoot operational issues and problem solve independently and efficiently, managing and escalating risks to leadership.

Support communications with cross-functional stakeholders across departments.

Approaches challenges with a sense of urgency, ability to work well under pressure and take direction.

Responsible for achieving key milestones as planned.

Day-to-day project management execution (meeting minutes, scheduling, status updates).

Position requirements

Five (5) years experience in the following:

Adept at execution and delivery (planning delivering and supporting) skills. Adept at business intelligence.

Adept at collaboration and teamwork.

Mastery of problem-solving and decision making skills.

Mastery of growth mindset (agility of developing self and others) skills.

Preferred skills

Experience working for a Managed Care, health care focused business.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $187,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
