Reporting to the Contracting Capability Evolution (CCE) IAM Planning Team Leader/Business Partner, the Integrated Business Planner (IBP) will be a critical member for centralized business planning in support of Integrated Account Management (IAM) and Contracting HQ leadership in a regional or national capacity. The incumbent will provide planning support for account management/director leadership, payer marketing, customer management and finance across Chronic Care, Hospital/Specialty, Vaccine and Oncology to help achieve business, customer, and people priorities. The Planner executes the decision analysis & strategic planning support within the purview of the leaders to facilitate resource optimization and trade-off decisions across all customers and customer segments. The IBP will also work to provide pull through and post-deal analysis as well as facilitate scenario planning in alignment with the brand/customer segment strategy. The incumbent will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders and manage the complexity across headquarter functions to facilitate a seamless operational experience for both IAM HQ and account management teams, including collaboration with brand marketing leads to inform strategy and monitor execution.

Under the leadership of the CCE IAM Planning Team Leader, the incumbent will participate in the department’s evolution to align with US Market and brand priorities. This includes an acceleration of planning / analytic capabilities anchored in advanced personalized analytics and optimized adhoc reporting via appropriate implementation of tools, techniques and approaches. The IBP will demonstrate close collaboration with other IBPs to ensure an integrated approach across the US Sales Force Planning and Contracting Capability Evolution departments. In addition, the IBP will work collaboratively across IAM, Vaccines Account Management, OCAR and the broader CCE Team to identify and understand reporting requirements to create pre-built views as needed to support payer marketing, customer manager and finance leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting data, delivering proactive/actionable business insights, creating sales performance reporting, as well as strong leadership and project management skills, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness and ability to work in a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.

This position is location agnostic.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years field sales or of experience in one of the following fields: Managed Care/ Managed Care Contracting, Finance and/or Data Analytics

  • Strong business acumen, project management, communication and teamwork skills

  • Consultative and creative approach to strategic thinking, business analysis and problem-solving

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic working environment

  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation of data

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of Integrated Account Management

  • Strong working and practical knowledge of analytical capabilities

  • Effective organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with MicroStrategy platforms

  • Experience creating views in Qlik, Spotfire and/or Tableau

Minimum Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
