Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

The Associate Director, Process Steward Planning | Supply Chain Management (AD PSP | SCM) position works within Our Company’s Supply Chain Management Supply Chain Excellence Organization which has responsibility to manage the design, build, implementation and sustainment of the Global Operating Model and enterprise ERP and Supply Chain solutions. Focus of this Steward role is Scenario Planning as mentioned in the GOM.

We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification of opportunities to improve existing business processes

  • Be an active driving member of the Planning Community of Practice

  • Lead the identification of opportunities to standardize business processes and system configuration globally and ensure compliance to these standards | Work across external manufacturing platforms to find solutions that balance unique business requirements with the intent of the standard Global Processes

  • Support the global deployment of Planning systems within external manufacturing

  • Collaborate with representatives of other functions to ensure end to end process integration and consistency

  • Develop, prototype, test and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability and functionality to enable end users to meet business objectives

  • After implementations, lead and support project initiatives to expand the usage of the enterprise solution to improve processes at manufacturing sites, commercial operations and across the supply network

  • Lead business readiness and execution of defined deployment plans to ensure resource alignment, communicate status, escalate issues, and continuous process improvement

  • Prepare and maintain training materials | Train and transfer knowledge to other team members, users and stakeholders

  • Work with end-users and management to solve daily issues, improve existing business processes and perform system analysis tasks

  • Develop, prototype, test and implement Supply Chain solutions

  • Lead projects as required, as well as contribute as a team member to project teams

  • Monitor process compliance and performance metrics

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or greater in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a relevant Business field

Experience and Skills

Required

  • Minimum five years functional experience in Supply Planning

  • Strong, strategic and motivational relationship building skills | Effectively interact with cross functional teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail and task oriented skills with Project/Program Management

  • Fluent in English

Preferred

  • Three years of working with ECC, APO, Rapid Response, Business Analytics, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS Power Point

  • Direct experience with Supply Chain Systems deployments, hyper care and sustainment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team work attitude

  • Strong Preference for prior Process Steward/Super User expertise

  • Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines
