Our Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations remain operational, continuously improve and innovate. Position Description: Transformation Solution Engineer (Sr. Specialist)
As a Solution Engineer, you will be part of transforming how we work and deliver outcomes to our customers.
You will:
Be an integral part of the next-generation transformation to an agile, value-driven product and organization.
Architect and engineer the technology management ecosystem supporting our Company’s IT portfolio
As both a holistic architect and hands-on implementer, collaborate with business leads and technical peers to understand and optimize and innovate business requirements, and then distill them into actionable designs.
Proactively learn and develop expertise in the design, operation and ongoing evolution of our Enterprise Jira Align ecosystem.
Work in a cross functional team (Agile/Dev Ops) to orchestrate and code/configure the solution space.
Work with our business leads to research and pursue best-in-breed external standards and capabilities for this space.
Collaborate closely with other platform groups to leverage and assemble existing APIs and services to achieve reliability, scale and best-in-breed capabilities for the solution.
Execute planning, execution, and reporting activities for these strategic activities and become the trusted advisor of the business partners.
Act as a proactive communicator to insure the initiative is transparent and easily understood to the community at large as well as the cross-functional technical team.
Ensure our Company's technology standards compliance.
Position Qualification:
Educational Requirements:
B.S. in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar equivalent experience
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on delivery of products and services using Agile methodologies.
Outstanding communication (written, oral, presentation), negotiation, influencing and relationship
Experience with Agile tooling ex: Atlassian DevOps Suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket) or similar.
Remote / location is flexible based in US.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Any experience with AgileCraft/Jira Align is highly preferred.
Prior work within hands-on enterprise transformation.
Understanding of the value of Analytics, Big Data/Data Lake concepts and other disciplines than underpin good Analytics practices
Experience working in regulated environments. (SDLC, Compliance, GxP, Governance)
Any experience including implementation of large scaled solutions in a heterogeneous services, platforms, and APIs using the both legacy and recent technologies.
