Job Description

The Intern, Omnichannel Marketing, National Accounts, will support in the planning, fulfillment, execution, and development of national account programs in support of the Constellation Brands beer portfolio. They will work across a spectrum of internal teams including Brand, E-Commerce, Sponsorships, Legal, Procurement and Sales to ensure alignment with and achievement of short- and long-term business goals. They will support the Associate Manager as a project manager, overseeing the inception and execution of national account programs, ensuring successful delivery against budgets and timelines while maintaining brand standards. The successful candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and is eager to develop methods/tools that maximize resources in support national account programming.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with month-end budget process and invoicing.
  • Supports Associate Manager in ensuring all programming is properly planned, forecasted, and reconciled at month end.
  • Assists the Associate Manager with the development of national accounts programming to build brands at retail and drive sales. Programs include offsite shoppable media, in-store Point-Of-Sale, display enhancers/racks, offers, sweepstakes, and in-store sampling.
  • Coordinates sweepstakes programming and coupon/rebate development. Process includes creative development, legal approvals, content proofreading, and sending details to the sales team.
  • Helps manage the execution of omnichannel programs by working with agencies on the creative development of programming to ensure shoppers are seeing a consistent message during pre-shop and in-store journeys.

  • Manages ad-hoc projects including point-of-sale ordering, collecting shipping lists, and keeping program trackers up to date.
  • Manages creative development of sampling assets.
  • Gains exposure to the alcohol beverage business and CPG marketing with a consumer first approach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requires excellent written and oral skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with and present to both internal and external customers.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, action-oriented team where priorities constantly change, and time frames are critical. Must manage time well and be highly organized in the delivery of multiple deliverables across multiple programs and Brands
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to work from late May to August
