Accounts Receivable Specialist - Temporary Position

We are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for Unilever Denmark in a temporary role for app. 1 year

Do you want to join our Nordic Accounts Receivable team and drive process improvement agenda? Be our next Accounts Receivable and improve operational efficiency at the core. Please note that this is a temporary role that will end 31-12-2023.

What you will be doing?

• Understanding the customer payment behaviour and ensuring compliance with our processes​

• Track and analyse the overdue data, and taking appropriate actions proactively when possible​

• Ensuring the credit profiles are maintained according to credit policy and proposing (new) credit limits when needed​

• Gathering and analyzing data to provide insights toward customer credit and payment behaviour, and suggesting improvement opportunities​

• Creating and optimizing internal and external reporting​

• Working closely with relevant parties to manage any risk associated with debt collection, bankruptcy and write-offs​

What does it take to succeed in the role?

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you are driving and securing continuous improvement and taking ownership. Your main interactions are sales department, end customer and Customer Operations team. You are accountable for sharing information and holding people accountable of actions, so stakeholder management is an important part of the role.
You will be working in an agile model with sprints goals/actions being at the heart.

• Fluent in Danish and English

• Project Management experience

• Financial background – both educational and work experience

• You are a quick learner

• Structure is a key competence for you

• You are focused on customer service, and it comes natural to you

• It is a plus if you have similar job experience

• If you have worked agile in previous positions this is seen as a plus as well
