Our Macon Ceilings Plant is immediately seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to provide leadership for the safe and effective management and overall performance of the Electrical Maintenance Craftsman at our Macon, GA manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing maintenance support for safety issues, effectiveness and efficiency of daily manufacturing operations, and cost reduction projects
  • Oversight of outside contractors and vendors, downtime analysis, and organizational development
  • Implementation of preventative/predictive maintenance tools to continuously improve overall Plant Reliability measures
  • Identifying long-term infrastructure and systems upgrades for the plant
  • Cost management of direct and period maintenance expenses
  • Aligning the Maintenance Crew with the plant business units, value streams and the plant's vision, mission, principles and values
  • Implementing systems necessary to motivate and enable employees to achieve expectations
  • Provide technical support (troubleshooting, repair, direction, etc.) for craftsman

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum 5 years prior experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required
  • High degree of skill working in the industrial controls field is required (PLC’s, electrical troubleshooting, process control, instrumentation, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years prior maintenance supervisory experience is required
