The Opportunity
Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Territory Sales Manager position for our Sales Operations group located in our Phoenix, AZ region.
This position is responsible for coordinating the growth of all residential new construction / multi-family dealers for COD within the Region specified. This person is accountable for sales growth, margins, assisting with inventory and product management and coordinating all activities between TSMs, Branch personnel, and Dealers/contractors. Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills.
- Understanding gross margin, P&L.
- HVAC Product knowledge.
- Strong MS Office skills Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Sales Experience.
- Dealer/contractor knowledge.
Experience:
- 5 -10+ years in HVAC, specializing in sales preferred
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required If experience is extensive-5plus years in sales and HVAC
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to travel to multicities and states, including overnight travel up to 30% of the time.
