Overview
Thermal Supply is a Daikin Comfort Technology company in the Pacific Northwest. We have 23 locations in the PNW across 5 states. Thermal is a wholesaler of heating, air conditioning equipment parts, refrigeration and supplies.
Overview: Responds to customer inquiries or complaints via the phone or in person at the branch sales counter regarding Thermals products or services. Assist customers by writing up orders, quotes, and providing additional information as required to make the sale. Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to Thermals policies. Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments. Informs customers of standard procedures and or resolution of problem. Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be knowledgeable of Thermals policies, procedures, practices, products, and services.
Qualifications
General knowledge of Refrigeration/HVAC wholesale experience
Product knowledge and understanding of the Refrigeration and HVAC industries
Comprehends Thermals Inside Sales, Warehouse, and delivery functions
Excellent knowledge of the products that Thermal Supply sells
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Shows good judgement and demonstrates calmness under pressure. Excellent computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and Proactive, self-motivated and willingly seeks opportunities to benefit Thermal Supply
Positive approach towards customers and fellow staff members
Thinks creatively and identifies sales opportunities
Able to communicate with customers in person or on the phone
Good organizational skills
