eComm and Alternative Channel Operational Excellence Analyst
Background & Purpose of the Job
The eCommerce and Alternative Channels OpEx Analyst will lead multiple initiatives in development of our supply chain capabilities to support two of our critical growth channels for our business today. This role will partner frequently with internal supply chain experts and various cross-functional partners (CS, Logistics, Planning, Finance, Brand, CD, R&D packaging).
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
Digital Supply Chain eCommerce work, you will be responsible for driving a diverse set of efforts in the development of our channel efficiencies, resulting in improved service, growth and driving down Chargebacks.Two key responsibilities will be:
1) Owning the eCom-Ready packaging initiative for the US business, working with cross-functional teams to achieve 100% eCom-Ready Packaging in our eCommerce portfolio (cross-category) for our Retail customers (Amazon, [Register to View] [Register to View] etc.).
2) Event Planning – Owning the full end to end management of Amazon Promos/Deals (ie Prime Day and T5 deals).You will be responsible for coordinating with Customer Service, CD, CPFR analyst, Planning and Transportation ensuring flawless execution of several promotions throughout the year to ensure the highest service levels.
For the Alternative Business Channel, you will be responsible for:
1) Managing reporting and communication on service and recovery across the Alt Channel customers through weekly/monthly reporting/presentations.
2) Act as a liaison with CSA’s across the Alt Channels to help them navigate strategic questions/tasks/execution
3) Support CBM and become the point person to them on new customer set up and Customer service related questions.
4) Provide support on SMOG tracking – report simplification and liaising with CD and Planning on execution
This role requires a detail oriented, creative, proactive problem solver.Someone who can proactively identify the issues and provide recommendations/ideas to drive efficiencies and communicate effectively, comfortable working in a highly collaborative and high performing team.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Education & Training: Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields. 1-3 years of Supply Chain experience. Exposure to eCommerce preferred. • Strong experience in Data Visualization, Presentation and Story Telling• Ability to communicate analytic results both as a high level overview or a detailed deep dive to our business partners and executive decision makers.• Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership in delivering for our customer and businesses •

Pay: The pay range for this position is s $67,000 to $100,500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
