This Supply Planning Excellence Analyst is a full-time assignment that supports and influences the achievement of Supply Chain KPI’s including Customer Service, Inventory and Cost. The core of the job purpose is to build planning mastery within the organization and implement best practices utilizing Global process standards and technologies. This role will support the Supply Planning Excellence team:

  • Customer Service and Inventory optimization through process and technology excellence.
  • Building capabilities for predictive & prescriptive enhancements in existing technologies.
  • Training and Development as Supply Planning SMEs.
  • Influence and deploy global technologies.
  • Drive Process and Tool adoption (Touchless Planning).

The Supply Planning Excellence team provides training and hands-on operational support to Supply Planners faculties:

  • Master Production Scheduling
  • Distribution Requirements Planning
  • Rough Cut Capacity Planning
  • Scenario Planning and Optimization

What You’ll Need To Succeed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain, Analytics or related fields.
  • 3+ years work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology.
  • Experience in SAP APO, SAP ECC, Kinaxis Rapid Response. APICS certification is a plus.
  • Position requires excellent communication skills and team commitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing, and leading training programs with a sharp focus on stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities in a very dynamic environment.
  • Ability to problem solve, and influence stakeholders while embedding new capabilities within Supply Chain Planning.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $67,000 to $100,500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
