Technical Service Manager
The Opportunity:
Daikin is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Technical Service Manager position. This position will provide training, technical support, and assistance to TSMs, ASM’s and customers. Handle the daily needs of the Daikin DCP contractors, customers, REPs, and distributors. This position requires handling of all listed in a calm, non-volatile manner and without judgement. Qualifications
- 5 plus years industry experience
- Four year degree preferred. High School Diploma required
- Numerous and ongoing technical courses and schooling
- Instructor/trainer HVAC with knowledge of VRV/VR
- Proficient in all industry standards
- CFC/Universal, industry credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in planning, organizing and prioritizing
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Highly self-motivated and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Customer support aptitude
- Ability to travel within the U.S and Canada
