Director, Solutions Delivery - Rx Services
Job Summary
Leads the performance of information technology delivery of IT services to ensure the business value is realized.
Job Responsibilities
- Leads the performance of information technology delivery of IT services to ensure the business value is realized.. Leads the full solution end to end for Service Technolcy Solutions technologies for those customers.
- Develops and executes on RxR strategies and plans. Directs the operations of the assigned area within RxR to achi+A35:A40eve strategic and operational business goals and targeted financial and content quality results.
- Establishes operational objectives for managers and/or teams to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of RxR. Executes on the functional and business goals for RxR.
- Provides direction and oversight of key technology systems and support activities.
- Works with key stakeholders to formulate a comprehensive technology plan that is consistent with the overall business objectives and budgetary considerations.
- Applies broad knowledge of technical capabilities and environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities. Conducts technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Implements policies and defines approach to strategy achievement for assigned area. Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies and decisions.
- Manages budgets, operational plans and performance requirements for the specified are of responsibility. Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
- Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within and outside of the organization. Shares highly complex information related to areas of expertise. Interacts with senior management to keep abreast of objectives. Interacts with direct reports and peers in management / customers / vendors to interpret information and improve cross-functional processes and programs. Builds and enhances key internal and external contacts.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 years of experience in Information Technology OR High School/GED + at least 9 years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or matrix teams.
- Experience communicating with and influencing IT and senior leaders
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- At least 3 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with budgets up to $25M with oversight of both program budgets and operational budgets.
- Experience overseeing programs for both package applications and custom applications.
- Experience working with Agile ways of working, including Product, release management, release trains, solution delivery and product engineering.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and matrix teams.
- Experience overseeing the creation of software licensing and maintenance contracts, and labor contracts.
